hisonrisa Privacy Notice in Mexico City

This notice explains what personal data we may collect, why we use it, who we may share it with, and how you can exercise your rights when you interact with hisonrisa, book an appointment, receive dental care, or use site technologies in Mexico City.

A quick summary of how we handle your data at hisonrisa:

Who handles your data

HISONRISA, S.A. DE C.V., with its clinic service address at Tepic 139-706, Roma Sur, Cuauhtémoc, 06760 Ciudad de México, CDMX, is responsible for processing your personal data. For privacy questions, ARCO rights, or consent withdrawal, you can write to [email protected].

What data we may collect

  • Identification and contact data, such as name, phone, email, and scheduling details.
  • Health and clinical-record data when you request or receive dental care.
  • Administrative, billing, and payment-related data when applicable.
  • Technical and security-related website data, especially when you submit forms, use the website chat, or interact with external resources.
  • Analytics, advertising, and preference data, such as aggregate cookie-free measurement, cookie identifiers when present, pages viewed, source or campaign pages, campaign parameters, ad click identifiers, form or WhatsApp request references, and consent preferences when those tools are enabled.

Why we use them

  • To answer messages, review cases, and coordinate appointments.
  • To provide dental care, create a clinical record, and follow up.
  • To issue CFDI invoices, receipts, letters, or reimbursement documents when you request them.
  • To protect forms, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or healthcare obligations.
  • With your permission, to measure website and campaign performance, improve ads, and understand which content helps patients find the clinic.

Sensitive data and clinical records

Data about your health status, medical or dental history, studies, X-rays, clinical photos, and chart notes may qualify as sensitive personal data. To process them, we will request your express written consent through clinical forms, informed-consent documents, or equivalent records, except in cases permitted by law.

Please share only information that is relevant to your request or care coordination. Messages, photos, X-rays, and CBCT files help us route your request and prepare the visit, but they do not replace an in-person diagnosis, treatment approval, or emergency care.

Who we may share information with

  • With authorized staff, labs, specialists, or clinical providers when needed for your care.
  • We may use Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare D1, Cloudflare Turnstile, Chatwoot, email providers, and, when enabled, Notion or Discord to receive, store, secure, notify the team about, and follow up on form or website chat submissions.
  • We may use self-hosted, cookie-free first-party analytics to measure aggregate site use, UTM campaigns, and basic events such as contact clicks or form submissions. On campaign pages, and only if you allow analytics, we may also use masked heatmaps and session recordings to improve the experience, without sending names, messages, phone numbers, emails, or clinical details to that tool.
  • When enabled and covered by the corresponding consent, we may use tools from Google, Meta, and TikTok for analytics, campaign measurement, and advertising.
  • We may use an artificial intelligence service to automatically classify the messages you send us (for example, the topic of your enquiry, whether it appears urgent, and which language to reply in). Only the text of the message is processed; your clinical history, forms, documents, and imaging are never sent to that service.
  • With insurers, authorities, or other third parties when you request it or the law requires it.

Website and technologies

The website uses technical and security resources. It may also use self-hosted cookie-free first-party analytics to measure aggregate site use and UTM campaigns. On campaign pages, and only if you allow analytics, we may use masked heatmaps and session recordings to understand clicks, scrolling, and navigation without capturing form fields. When you submit forms, use the website chat, or open certain WhatsApp links from campaign pages, we may record data such as IP, browser, referrer, visited URL, UTM parameters, ad click identifiers, button context, or a request reference. Cookie preferences let you control interactive maps, video embeds, optional analytics, and marketing; we also respect Global Privacy Control for marketing signals when the browser sends it.

If you open WhatsApp, maps, YouTube, or other external platforms, those third parties apply their own notices. We do not intentionally send appointment details, message contents, clinical information, X-rays, clinical photos, or treatment data to advertising platforms.

Automated processing of messages

  • So we can reply to you faster, the messages you send us by WhatsApp, email, or the website may be analysed automatically to identify the topic, detect whether your case appears urgent, and choose the language of the reply.
  • That analysis supports the team. It does not replace clinical judgement: no diagnosis, treatment plan, final quote, or decision about your care is made automatically.
  • We may send you automatic courtesy and service messages, such as an acknowledgement that we received your message, confirmation of a payment or appointment, and visit reminders. Replies containing clinical content are always written and sent by a member of the team.
  • Your clinical history, clinical forms, documents, and imaging studies are never sent to these services.
  • You can ask us at any time to handle your communications without this automated support, by writing to us through the contact channels in this notice.

Your rights and how to exercise them

  • You may request access, rectification, cancellation, or objection, and revoke consent where legally applicable.
  • Requests are handled through [email protected]. We may ask for information to identify you, confirm representation, and locate the relevant data.
  • We respond within the applicable legal timeframes.

Retention, security, and changes

We keep information only for as long as needed to fulfill purposes, comply with legal obligations, and defend claims. Clinical records are kept for at least the applicable minimum period. We also maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and we will publish relevant updates to this notice here.
