hisonrisa Terms & Conditions in Mexico City

These terms explain how appointments, estimates, payments, documentation, and private dental care operate at hisonrisa in Mexico City. Please read them before using the site, booking, or starting treatment.

A quick summary of the main rules for using the site and receiving care at hisonrisa:

What these terms cover

These terms apply to website use, information requests, booking flows, and dental care provided by hisonrisa in Mexico City. Certain procedures may also require informed-consent or clinical documents that complement these terms.

Appointments, messages, and emergencies

An appointment request or campaign form is not reserved until the clinic confirms it. WhatsApp, phone, and email can be used to coordinate care, but they do not replace a clinical evaluation and they do not operate as a 24/7 medical emergency service. A request reference helps with follow-up; it does not confirm a time, diagnosis, or treatment.

Deposits, changes, and no-shows

Some treatments may require a deposit. Before charging it, we will tell you the amount, concept, currency, and cancellation or rescheduling conditions. If you cancel late or do not attend, the previously disclosed conditions permitted by law may apply.

Pricing, currency, and estimates

Prices are quoted in MXN. USD amounts, when shown, are planning estimates only. Final quotes depend on clinical evaluation, available records, and treatment complexity.

Payments, CFDI, and reimbursements

Payment for care is the patient's responsibility unless there is a different written agreement. If you need CFDI invoices or reimbursement documents, we can prepare them with the available information, but the coverage decision depends on your insurer or the third party reviewing your claim.

Clinical care and consent

The website content is informational. Diagnosis, treatment planning, and prognosis depend on your clinical evaluation, studies, and medical history. Procedures that require it are performed with informed consent, and perfect or identical outcomes cannot be guaranteed for every patient.

What we expect from you

We need truthful health information, reasonable compliance with instructions, attendance at follow-ups, and respectful treatment of the team. The clinic may limit channels or decline non-urgent care if there is violent, abusive, or discriminatory conduct.

Privacy and authorities

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice . Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived under Mexican law. If a conflict exists, you may go to the competent authorities, including the applicable conciliation channels.
